Yes, if you have sufficient documentable income.
You might want to look at federal student loans, though; I don’t believe they look at your credit, and if you can get a subsidized Stafford loan, the government pays the interest until 6 months after you graduate.

No, if they did they would all be out of business. If you were able to get an unsecured loan the interest rate would be very high.
